How do I access my school shop?

Go to School Shops, select your school, then enter the access code provided by Printspace or your school.

Where do I get the access code?

Access codes are usually shared by your school, team organiser, or Printspace. If you do not have the code, please contact your school coordinator.

Why is the shop private?

Each school or partner shop may contain approved products, sizes, colours, pricing, and ordering windows specific to that group.

How do I pay?

After checkout, you can upload PromptPay or bank-transfer proof. Orders are reviewed by Printspace before production continues.

Is my order confirmed immediately?

Your order is received after checkout, but it is only confirmed after payment proof has been checked and accepted by Printspace.

Can I change my order?

Changes may be possible before production starts. Once production has started, changes may not be possible because items may be customised or batch-produced.

What if I choose the wrong size?

Please check size, colour, quantity, and personalisation carefully before submitting your order. Size changes may depend on stock and production status.

How long does production take?

Production times vary depending on the school, ordering window, product type, and quantity. Your school or Printspace will confirm the expected timeline where applicable.
